Color Series – Passionate Hot Pinks – Flyboy Naturals

Last week, I told you that the color pink is a combination of the colors, red and white, with the white calming the intense passion of the red giving you a range from sweeter light pinks to more passionate and playful hot pinks. In that post I gave you some information and inspiration for the lovely light pinks, which you can see here: http://flyboynaturals.com/blog/color-series-lovely-light-pink-flyboy-naturals/

Well, today we are going to jump on over to the other side of the pinks, and discuss the more passionate and playful hot and dark pinks. Because there is less white in these pinks, their symbolism is mush closer to the deep passion and romance of the color red.

Hot Pinks and Fuchsias can portray confidence, passion, and caring. They are warm and vibrant colors that are playful and show a love for life. Hot Pinks can really be used for any season and any theme, from Classic to Modern, Boho to Garden, although we expect to see more of this vibrant color during the summer months!

Pair your bright pinks with other bold and bright colors such as orange, yellow, green or purple, for a fun and colorful look or pair with dark neutrals like charcoal gray or black for a classic look with a bit of fun. Hot pink and navy blue is another classic combo that is both fun yet elegant. Going for a gorgeous garden look? Try pairing different shades of pinks, fuchsias, and purples, then finish with fresh greens. The options are truly endless!

Take a look at some of our favorite ways to use this bold and bright color...
