Shipping Information:
We process & ship most orders within 24 hours. Orders ship FED EX GROUND unless you select to upgrade 3 day, 2 day or overnight. Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on where you located within the US. Occasionally we will ship with USPS Priority or First Class Mail if quicker than Fed Ex.
International shipping is via US POSTAL SERVICE. Most ship Global EMS or PMI. Travel time & rates vary depending on the country. EMS 3-5 business days plus clearing customs. PMI 6-10 business days plus clearing customs.
Refund Policy: Refund, Returns, Cancellation
We are happy to accept a return for replacement or refund within 7 business days. Please call 1.800.465.5125 or 1.541.863.3153 for a Return Authorization number|RA# which goes on the outside of the box before you ship it back. Please include a note if you prefer a different color and the date required.
If you prefer your money back then we will issue your refund (no restocking charges...yep, you heard us right! NO RESTOCKING CHARGE) is applied to your credit card or Pay Pal account when the product is returned in resalable condition within 7 days.
NO returns will be accepted after event date. Shipping charges are not refunded.
