Our roses are carefully harvested at the peak of perfection...once harvested, we remove each petal from the rose by hand and place them in our freeze dry machines. Then the process of preserving them begins (with no chemicals or additives) the moisture is removed slowly with a freeze-drying process, this takes about 10 days to 2 weeks. That's why they hold their shape, size & color...looking just as beautiful as when they were on the bush. They are gorgeous, fragrant rose petals...who wouldn’t want that at their wedding?
